You may think that you are a dab hand at getting all of the correct information out of the premier search engine, but are you really using Google to it’s full potential? After a week in the wilderness, Ultrathought is back with a new version and a whole new look.

Regulars will notice that the site is now 3-column; something that I thought was badly needed - the new space caters for post and comment related displays. The site still has a fixed width, but this has changed to 910px. Obviously this does not display well on 800 x 600 but I believe that those screens are in the minority. A ‘Holy Grail’ full screen expander will be the basis of the next version. I have kept a similar colour scheme for this version although the links work a little differently. There is now a whole page dedicated to explaining about the RSS feed; some people are still not sure what it is. For my use, the themes internal structure has been simplified for easier styling. The one thing that still needs attention is the contact system; that will come with version 1.5.

A bit of Down Time

This will be the final post for a week now as I’m going deep underground to get some work done on some other very important projects. The next post will be on Monday 29th October when version 1.4 will be making an apperance along with some massive structural changes.
