I just wanted to add that an enhanced voicemail to text service is also available from VoxSciences their website is at http://www.voxsci.com
VoxSciences is also based in the UK.

There seems to have been some privacy concerns over the SpinVox service… see this BBC article.

some ex-employees claim the vast majority of the messages are transcribed through call centres in South Africa and the Phillipines, which raises privacy concerns.
Still, a good service.
